This equipment, installed at the opening of the bucket elevator head, is used to separate grains from lighter and thinner impurities thanks to the air flow set off by an electric fan. The impurities are directed to a decantation cyclone so that then they can be packed at ground level. As an option, impurities can be directed to a fixed deposit and, in this way, up to 150 tones per hour volumes can be arranged.
This system produces the cleaning of the grain flow thanks to an air depression that absorbs the lighter impurities. They can be installed at the bucket elevator head or uprights and they can work over 300 tones per hour. The destiny of the vacuumed material is the same as for the pre-cleaning system.
